By using InstaTempMail (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the Service.

What This Service Is

InstaTempMail provides temporary, disposable email addresses. Anyone who knows an address or is given one can generate one instantly, without creating an account or providing personal information. Addresses and the messages sent to them are temporary by design and are not intended for long-term or permanent use.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for:

• Illegal activity of any kind, including fraud, harassment, or impersonation.
• Sending spam, phishing attempts, or malicious content.
• Circumventing the security, verification, or anti-abuse systems of any third-party platform.
• Creating accounts or content on third-party platforms in violation of those platforms' own terms of service.
• Any activity intended to deceive, defraud, or harm another person or organization.

We reserve the right to block, suspend, or restrict access to the Service, in whole or in part, at our discretion, including for suspected abuse.

No Expectation of Privacy for Message Content

Temporary inboxes are not as private or secure as a personal email account. Anyone who has or guesses an address can view the messages sent to it. Don't use the Service for anything sensitive, confidential, or containing personal or financial information you wouldn't want a stranger to see.

No Guarantees

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that:

• The Service will be available at all times or free of interruptions.
• Any specific message will be delivered, or delivered within a specific time.
• Any third-party platform (including but not limited to Instagram and Facebook) will accept a temporary address for signup or verification.

Addresses and their inboxes expire or get replaced without notice. Once that happens, any account recovery that depended on that address will no longer work. We are not responsible for any account, data, or access lost as a result.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of consent in your jurisdiction, to use this Service.

Third-Party Platforms

References to Instagram, Facebook, or other third-party platforms on this site are for informational purposes only. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of those platforms. Their own terms of service govern how they handle signups, verification, and account enforcement, and are entirely outside our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of access to any third-party account created using a temporary address.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
